The district 9 meeting was called to order at 1:22pm on April 10th, 2016 with the pledge of allegiance and a moment of silence given.
The secretary’s report was given and accepted with a minor adjustment. The treasure’s report was given and approved.

Awareness Report: Mike is still handing out yard signs. He will have signs avail after the Excel benefit at Alfes Harley Davidson April 23rd.
Products Report: The quilt top is finished, tickets will be available soon. The memorial patches for Marion Tuel are finished. Motion made and seconded to order more T-Shirts.

The district 9 meeting was called to order at 1:10 pm on Dec 11th 2016 with the pledge of allegiance and a moment of silence given, with 16 members and 4 county reps present.

Old business: Held discussion on Calendar Fund Raiser. Marion county toy run discussion, 160 bikes, 25 cars, and 1 biplane. Held discussion on McPherson toy run.
New Business: New board members, so congrates to Ron V., Jon P., and Kevin M. for their services as previous members. Fran made a motion to move meeting to noon, to eat first then start meeting at 1. Motion seconded by Mike. Set calendar dates and locations for next year’s meetings.
